Our fresh and bronze-die extruded dry pastas are available in a variety of different shapes and are sold by the half-pound or pound. To perfectly pair, choose from our selection of sauces that are respectful of tradition, but not bound by it.

What's the deal with bronze-die
extruded pasta?
​
Bronze extrusion results in a rough, slightly porous texture which allows sauces and other ingredients to better cling to the pasta, giving you a finished product far superior to what you find in aisle 37.

Preorders are accepted for our pastas and sauces for pick up during our market schedule Saturdays & Sundays -- be sure to choose the correct market for pick up when placing your order.

Preorders for each market close at 9pm on Thursdays before the market.
