Each tray includes 8 generous 1.5 oz meatballs, gently nestled in ½ lb of our housemade Pomodoro sauce, crafted with organic tomatoes and slow-simmered for deep, simple flavor. No shortcuts. No fillers. Just real food.

Niman works with farmers who raise animals responsibly and sustainably, even when full organic certification isn’t financially realistic.

Our beef comes from Fat Bottom Farm, where cattle are pasture-raised, free-range, and fed non-GMO grains, with organic feed used during finishing. We’ve visited the farm, met the farmers, and seen firsthand how the animals live—because that matters.
