We source our semolina from a trusted family farm in Italy ensuring control from seed to shipping. Our veggies are organic and local when possible, and our meats come from farmers we know, guaranteeing animals are treated with a diet of non-GMO, pasture-fed feed. We call them Little Twisteez in-house, but you’ll love them enough to give them your own name. These tight little spirals are slow-dried the old-school way to lock in flavor, preserve texture, and keep things easy on your belly. Unlike those flash-dried aisle 38 knockoffs, our gemelli are made with patience, purpose, and zero sprayed grains. Twisty, tasty, and totally lovable—just don’t tell Nonna we gave them a nickname.
