Hands-On Pasta Class with Chef Mario
Roll up your sleeves and dive into the art of fresh pasta making with Chef Mario at PastaBar. In this interactive, two-hour class, you’ll learn how to make authentic pasta from scratch
.
Together, we’ll mix and roll dough into silky pasta sheets, then shape them into a variety of traditional cuts by hand. You’ll also get a firsthand look at our extrusion process, learning how we create perfectly textured pasta right here at PastaBar.
Each participant will head home with:
🍝 1 lb. of handmade egg pasta
🍝 1 lb. of extruded pasta
ready to cook and share.
Classes are limited to 6 guests to ensure a relaxed, hands-on experience. Please note, you’ll be standing throughout the session — we recommend wearing comfortable shoes.
