We make our fresh Fusilloni with integrity from the ground up, using organic durum flour from central Illinois and unsprayed, family-farmed semolina from Italy. Each batch is extruded through traditional bronze dies for a rustic texture that grips sauce beautifully, and crafted fresh for an unbeatable bite and finish.
