Fettuccini Fresh Pasta

 

Our fresh Fettuccini is a classic ribbon-cut pasta made the traditional way — just two ingredients: premium semolina and water. Nothing else. Never gums, fillers, preservatives, seed oils, or junk.

 

Fettuccini is a long, flat noodle traditionally cut wider than spaghetti but narrower than pappardelle, giving it the perfect balance of bite, sauce coverage, and texture. Its broad surface area makes it ideal for rich, silky sauces while still holding up beautifully to hearty ingredients.

 

At PastaBar, the difference starts with the semolina. We use high-quality semolina with naturally higher protein levels, creating stronger gluten structure, better elasticity, and the signature al dente chew authentic pasta should have. Better semolina means better texture, better flavor, and pasta that truly comes alive when cooked.

 

Our pasta is also extruded through traditional bronze dies — an old-world technique that creates a slightly rough, porous surface on the noodle. That texture matters. Bronze-die pasta grips and holds sauce dramatically better than slick industrial pasta, allowing every bite to carry more flavor and better mouthfeel. It’s one of the defining characteristics of truly artisan pasta.
