PastaBar Fresh Campanelle is a beautifully curled pasta shape inspired by the petals of a bellflower, originating from Southern Italy. Its ruffled edges and hollow center are perfect for catching rich sauces, creamy cheeses, pesto, and hearty PastaBar Sunday Sauce.

 

Handmade fresh in-house using imported Paolo Mariani semolina and water only, then extruded through traditional bronze dies which create a naturally rough, ridged texture that helps sauce cling to every bite. Unlike mass-produced Teflon-die pasta — the slick boxed stuff down aisle 37 — bronze-die pasta has a rustic texture and old-world character you can actually taste.

 

No fillers, gums, preservatives, seed oils, or junk. Clean two ingredient pasta. Made right in McHenry, IL at PastaBar.
