We source our semolina from a trusted family farm in Italy ensuring control from seed to shipping. Our veggies are organic and local when possible, and our meats come from farmers we know, guaranteeing animals are treated with a diet of non-GMO, pasture-fed feed. PastaBar’s Take’n’Bakes are crafted with clean, quality ingredients—because we believe your family deserves the same care we give our own. We make every part of the dish from scratch: fresh pasta, our own signature cheese blends, and house-made sauces. We source local, organic veggies from our friends at the markets to bring you the best of the season. Each dish is flash frozen at peak freshness to deliver that “cooked-all-weekend” flavor in a fraction of the time. Designed to feed 2 as a main or 4 as a side, they make mealtime effortless without compromise. We’re always working on more, so keep an eye out for new releases!

Our housemade ricotta-stuffed shells are filled with a creamy blend of ricotta, mozzarella, and parmesan, folded with fresh herbs for that classic, comforting flavor. If you love our Stuffed Shells and can’t get enough of our Sunday Sauce, this will hit the spot. We’ve swapped our Pomodoro for our rich, slow-simmered Sunday Sauce—made with organic Bianco DiNapoli tomatoes and premium Niman Ranch pork, raised with care by independent family farmers and never given antibiotics or added hormones. No seed oils. No preservatives. No shortcuts. Just real ingredients, slow cooking, and generations of flavor in every bite.
