Our Rosato Sauce is a tribute to flavor—with roots in tradition and none of the gimmicks. Inspired by the widespread love of vodka sauce, we created a version that honors true Italian culinary heritage by skipping the vodka (a 1970s New York invention) while keeping the rich, velvety taste that makes it so beloved.

 

We blend our super-clean Alfredo—made with whole milk, mozzarella, and Pecorino—with our slow-cooked Pomodoro, crafted from organic Bianco DiNapoli tomatoes, fresh garlic, onion, and basil. A touch of chili flake adds just the right amount of gentle heat to balance the creamy richness.

 

The result? A silky, tomato-forward sauce with a subtle kick, perfect for everything from penne to creste di gallo.
